MANSFIELD: Sherry Stanish-Holloway passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 in Columbus, Indiana surrounded by her family. She was 51.
She was born September 17, 1963 to parents Albert & Phyllis Stanish in Mansfield. After Sherry was graduated from Mansfield Senior High School, class of 1981, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Phoenix. An avid diver, she earned her Divemaster Degree in 2011.
Sherry worked at Cummins, where she worked for over 15 years.
In spare time, she took pleasure in scrapbooking with close friends. She loved to garden and had a passion for scuba diving and travel. Sherry has visited many Caribbean islands, some twice or more.
She is survived by parents, her brothers Chris (Nan) Stanish and Bryan (Beth) Stanish; two nieces Baleigh and Ashley; five nephews Cory, Chad, Michael, Connor, and Bret, and two great nieces Aubrey Rose and Zoei.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Margaret & Don Reinhart, and Scree & Albert K. Stanish.
Her family will receive friends 12-2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in Snyder Funeral Home (350 Marion Avenue, Mansfield). Private burial will be later held in Mansfield Memorial Park.
