William “Bill” Eugene Cox, 67, of Lucas, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at his home. He was born August 31, 1947, in Coshocton, Ohio, to the late Harold E. and Eva Jane (McKnight) Cox.
Bill was a long-time employee of Allied Van Lines, working as a driver and furniture mover. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing chess and especially, fishing.
He is survived by a daughter, Kristie Cox of Lucas and her brother, Kyle Lynn; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and one niece and two nephews.
There will be no services or visitation at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
