The Richland Community Development Group’s (RCDG) Second Annual Economic Excellence Awards will be held at the Mansfield Holiday Inn and Suites on March 24 at 5:30 p.m.
Reservations for this premier event, which sold out last year, are now being accepted. Reservations are $50 each and can be made by contacting Roberta@ChooseRichland.com or by calling RCDG at 419-755-7234.
These Awards will provide an opportunity to highlight those businesses, individuals and organizations that have had significant impact on the growth and development of the local economy. Awards will be given in categories including Business Excellence, Economic Impact, Distinguished Performance and Investing in our Future.
Bridget T. McDaniel, Executive Director of RCDG, explained that the event is an opportunity to celebrate all the great efforts that are being made to improve the community. McDaniel explained that RCDG will recognize companies that have made significant investments here in the last year, organizations that have made a positive impact on our economic climate, individuals who have contributed in an outstanding manner and entities that have worked to better ensure a positive future for our area.
The Richland Young Professionals (RYP) will also present awards. RYP is a sector of the RCDG whose goal is to connect with the community, collaborate with each other and help Richland County thrive.
