Sophia Rock, 2 months old, passed into Heaven on Tuesday, February 3, 2015. She was born November 10, 2014, in Mansfield, Ohio and was a tiny bundle of joy. She had a big smile and eyes, pixie red hair and was a very content little girl.
She is survived by her adoring parents, Antonia Akans and Michael Rock; two brothers, Jadyn Stollings and Trevor Rock, both of Mansfield; sister, Arielle Prater of Mansfield; grandparents, Abraham and Naomi Akans and Jessica and Jim Hooper, all of Phoenix, Arizona, Michael E. and Charlene Rock of Mansfield; great-grandparents, Peggy and Charlie Stewart of Mansfield, Walter Robinson and Mary Rock; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by three great-grandparents, Edward Ballance, Nellie Robinson and Jess Rock; and an aunt, Tracy Enderle.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at 1 p.m. in the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd.
