Clark William Brook, 85, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Kindred Hospital, Mansfield. He was born November 1, 1929 in Mansfield, the son of the late Marjorie (Rudolf) and Clark W. Brook.
He attended Mansfield City Schools and graduated from Lucas High School. Clark served in the United States Navy during the Korean War on the USS Midway. He worked for 42 years at General Motors. His grandchildren ~ Daniel, Piper, Teddy and Paige ~ were his pride and joy. He was their biggest fan at any music recital or school event.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Pat (Bachelder) Brook; his children, Clark Kevin Brook of Vail, Colorado and Halle Piper Brook of Galion; his grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Eyerly of Mansfield and Jeanne Fuhrer of Lexington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Dickson and Diane Roberts.
There will be no calling hours or services at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
