Pioneer Career & Technology Center Adult Education is currently registering students for fall classes in Welding Technology, STNA, Basic CNC Operator, and several computer classes including QuickBooks, Adobe Photoshop, Introduction to Computer, Word, and Excel. In addition, students can register for fall enrichment classes including Car Care for Women & Beginners, Conversational Spanish, Deer Processing, and Basic Cake Decorating.
Pioneer is also hosting North Central State College’s Medical Coding & Billing program which will prepare students to pass the Certified Professional Coder Exam. Certified Professional Coders specialize in coding patient records for insurance purposes and are employed in healthcare facilities such as hospitals, nursing homes, and doctors’ offices. Completers earn 15 college credits toward a Health Services Technology degree at NCSC.
