Teresa Ann Staup Chapman, 57, of Mansfield, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Ohio Health MedCentral Mansfield Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Teresa was born October 10, 1956 in Mansfield and was the daughter of the late Richard A. and Mary M. (Webb) Staup. On March 27, 1976, she married William Chapman. Teresa enjoyed Ancestry research and doing puzzles, plastic canvas crafts, and painting. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids.
Along with her husband, Teresa is survived by two children, Stephanie Chapman and Tony (Fran) Chapman both of Ashland; five grandchildren, Jordan, Brandie, Blaze, Eyan, and Ally; and one sister, Kim (Dave) Freed of Lucas; many nieces and nephews; aunts; uncles; and many cousins, including special cousin, Roger Burchfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours will be from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, LTD., 1106 Park Avenue East (St. Rt. 430E), Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the funeral home with Pastor Mike Workman officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
