Anita S. Fissel Hinton, 55, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014, at Ohio Health MedCentral Hospital.
Anita was born on September 1, 1958 in Lima, Ohio to Richard L. and Virginia E. Arcudi Jefferies-Hershner. She graduated from Mansfield Business College. Anita exercised all the time and especially loved to walk. She enjoyed being with her family and helping them.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrie Michael (Maya) Pearce of Mansfield; two grandsons, An’Tony and Christian Pearce; her mother, Virginia Jeffries-Hershner of Mansfield; one sister, Brenda Hedges of Galion; and one brother, Richard (Mandy) Fissel also of Galion.
Anita was preceded in death by her father, Richard Fissel, and her brother, Jason Jefferies.
Calling hours will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, LTD., 1106 Park Avenue East (St. Rt. 430E), Mansfield. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
