Geneva Craft, 92, of Mansfield, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, May 15, 2014.

Geneva was born in Grayson, KY on May 24, 1921 to Russell and Emmie Belle Hall. She was a lifelong homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, playing with her great-grandkids, attending church, and going to family cookouts. Her home cooked meals were everyone’s favorite and her gentle touch will never be forgotten.

Geneva is survived by 6 children, Marie Wilburn of Olive Hill, KY, Elwood Craft of Johnsville, Gary (Rachel) Craft, Sr. of Mansfield, Rita Catterson of Sidney, Rex Craft of Lexington, and David Wayne Craft of Mansfield; twenty-six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; four siblings, Betty Stevens, Billie Jean Hall, Audrey Blevins, and George Robert Hall all of Kentucky; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Arva.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Sherman “Bud” Craft, Jr. and Johnny David Craft; and one daughter, Barbara Sue Craft.

Calling hours will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2014 at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, LTD., 1106 Park Avenue East (St. Rt. 430E), Mansfield. Additional calling hours will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2014 at Oney-Henderson-Globe Funeral Home, 145 Gearhart Street, Olive Hill, KY 41164. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Horsley Cemetery.
