Mechanics Bank will offer special home buyer events on Friday, Feb. 28 at the Madison office (980 Ashland Rd) and Friday, March 7 at the Trimble Road office (490 N. Trimble Rd.). Both events will be held from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Grants worth $5,000 are available for a limited time to qualified borrowers through the Federal Home Loan Bank “Welcome Home” program. Loan specialists will be present to answer questions and provide information. This event is free and open to the public.
