Richland Community Development Group (RCDG) is sponsoring a seminar on October 9th at 7 p.m. at the Renaissance Theatre with a presentation from Mr. Edward Gordon: An Opportunity to Learn, Plan and Take Action “Future Jobs – The Employment and Skills Crisis.”

Technical advances continue at an unrelenting pace and global demographic shifts are producing a job revolution that looms ominously over individuals, business and governments. Richland County and surrounding counties are experiencing these jobs and skill disconnects and we can learn how to face the issues and prepare for the future.

Gordon, an economic historian and workforce development expert, will be reviewing his research on issues presented in Winning the Global Talent Showdown and from his forthcoming book, Future Job: The Employment and Skills Crisis.
