The Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department announced the following mosquito spraying schedule for the week of August 26:
Monday Morning, August 26: Shelby Country Club
Tuesday Evening, August 27: Plymouth Village
Wednesday Evening, August 28: Charles Mill Campground, Eagle Point Campground, Pleasant Hill Campground
Thursday Evening, August 29: Springfield Township, Woodside Manufactured Home Park
Friday Evening, August 30: Camp Mowana, Mansfield Christian
The public may report an area that they believe needs to be mosquito sprayed by going on the Health Department website and making a request through the “Ask a Question” form on the right hand side of the main page. Persons without internet access may call 419-774-4520 to report a area that needs spraying.
Missed spray schedule due to adverse weather conditions/equipment malfunction or other may be made-up/substituted any morning or evening during that week.
Services may be delayed/cancelled due to low mosquito counts or due to adverse weather conditions including wind, rain, or low temperature. Individuals may request exemption from services by calling the Mansfield/Ontario/Richland County Health Department at 419-774-4520. Individuals requesting exemption, including any/all beekeepers, last year or in prior years must call the Health Department again so we can add you to the list and update our records.
