Weather changes closure of S. Main St. in Mansfield for Ohio 13 resurfacing project
MANSFIELD — Mother Nature’s wrath of rain has impacted an Ohio 13 resurfacing project, which in turn will affect Mansfield-area drivers. According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, State Route 13 northbound and southbound, from Hanley Road to Chilton Avenue, will have lane closures for a resurfacing project.
