Richland Co. boasts 99% sex offender compliance rate
MASNFIELD — A joint, two-day operation shows a 99 percent compliance rate for registered sex offenders in Richland County, according to sheriff Steve Sheldon. Police: Mansfield crime down 18.7 percent in Jan. over last year
