Barbara Jean (Huggins) Hipp, 93, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, in Mansfield, Ohio. She was born in Martinsburg, Ohio on January 29, 1932, to Ralph K. and Marcene G. (Burger) Huggins.
She was a member of the VFW Eagles. A very independent person, she was a friend and caregiver to many. She lived life to the fullest. She was very crafty and enjoyed selling Avon products.
Barbara is survived by her niece, Kathleen Dahl; nephew, Tim (Helen) Huggins; nephew, Rick (Patti) Huggins; nephew, Anthony (Caly) Huggins; numerous grand nieces and nephews; children, Rick (Kandy) Hipp, Dave (Donna) Hipp, Andrea (David) Hipp-King; grandsons, Devin (Amie Santavicca) Hipp and Tyler (Shauntie Stallworth) Hipp; special friends, Marci (John) Smith, along with other various close friends who helped care for her during her lifetime.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Delbert Johnson and David Hipp; brothers, George (Judi) Huggins, Clyde Huggins, and Harold Huggins.
Friends and family are invited to visitation on Saturday January 10, 2026, from 11:00AM-12:00PM at Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield, OH 44902. A graveside funeral will follow at 2:00PM at Martinsburg Presbyterian Cemetery.
