Born in Mansfield, Ohio on November 22, 1918 to Albert M. and Ethel (Miles) Richard. She lived in Mansfield most of her life until 2004 when she moved to Westerville, Ohio to live with her daughter.
Evelyn graduated from Mansfield Senior High in 1937 and married the late E. Robert Boughton on December 2, 1939. They enjoyed many years together until his passing in 1984.
She used to read two-three books a week, enjoyed Word Search books, being around her family and made the very best chocolate chip cookies!
