MANSFIELD — Yard trucks and parts company Eagle Mark 4 celebrated its new space at a new lot on Wednesday with a ribbon cutting.

Formerly located on Ashland Road, the company moved to 95 Ohio Brass Road for more space. Eagle Mark 4 is the leading supplier of Kalmar Ottawa yard trucks and exclusive parts inventory.

“We are proud to have reached this milestone and thank everyone who made this possible,” said Eagle Mark President Mike Tozzi.

“This investment showcases our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our customers while providing an exceptional environment for our employees.”

Features of the new space include a 10-acre lot, a 15-bay shop space with a full-service wash bay, a state-of-the-art parts warehouse and updated offices and conference rooms.

There are about 80 employees at the Mansfield location.

Mansfield is the company’s headquarters, but Eagle Mark 4 also has locations in North Carolina and New Mexico.

The Mansfield location serves northeast Ohio for Kalmar Ottawa equipment, rentals, parts and service.

The facility houses a fully stocked parts department and dedicated space designed for its Cummins-certified, skilled technicians to service yard trucks.

Hannah Moskowitz is the marketing business partner for GNCO Inc., the parent corporation of multiple U.S. companies including Eagle Mark 4.

“The yard truck business is similar to a car dealership,” she said. “So there’s the manufacturer, Kalmar Ottawa, and we are an authorized dealer. We do anything the dealership would do for parts, service, rentals and planned maintenance.

“We can go to customers on site, or if a big repair is needed, they’ll come here.”

Tozzi said the 40,000-square-foot warehouse used to be an Ohio Brass foundry.

“It was an empty warehouse when we took it over, so it’s had quite the facelift,” he said. “Josh Mobley with Scout Construction made this happen and it turned out fantastic.

“We’ve seen a lot of growth over the last few years, which is a testament to our employees and Richland County’s help — there’s a lot of good people down here.”

Tozzi said the expanded space offers the opportunity to carry more parts and trucks for costumes and updated workspaces for employees.

“When I started back in 2016, we had 20 or 25 employees and we’re north of 80 now,” he said. “So we needed the extra room.

“We have a big state-of-the-art parts warehouse here and we’re shipping over 100 packages a day for parts all over the U.S.”
