MANSFIELD — Mansfield Senior High School bid adieu to its Class of 2024 on Saturday morning with a graduation ceremony at Pete Henry Gym.

Adazianna Manns, class president, delivered a welcome speech and reflective comments were provided by Robert McQuate, building principal.

The Mansfield Senior High Band performed the national anthem and the Senior High Choir sang “And Wherever You Go” by Douglas E. Wagner.

Kaiya Bookman delivered the Salutatory Address, followed by Carmelo Smith, who provided Saturday’s Valedictory Address.

Furthermore, Mansfield City Schools Superintendent Stan Jefferson offered remarks to the class and spoke highly of its perseverance.

Class Vice President Kalia Addington led the ceremonial Turning of the Tassels.
