Patricia Ann Nestich, 69, of Loudonville, died early Thursday morning at Hospice of North Central Ohio, Ashland, following an extended illness.

Patricia was born July 28, 1946 in Albany, Georgia, the daughter of the late John L. and Margaret C. (Knight) Allbritton. She grew up in a military family thus she lived in many parts of the country and world before moving to Loudonville in 2005 from South Carolina. Patricia was a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning her Masters of Education in Art.

She was a school art teacher for five years. She was a member of First Church of God, Ashland and enjoyed being involved with the church’s nursing home ministry and writing Christian poetry. She is survived by her husband, Melvin J. Nestich, whom she married March 20, 1975; a step-son, Michael D. Nestich of Treasure Island, FL; and her brother, Edward L. Allbritton of Carlise, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015 at 11 a.m. in First Church of God, 301 E. Liberty St., Ashland, with Pastor Douglas Magers officiating. Burial was Friday, Dec. 11 in Sandridge Cemetery, southern Ashland County.
