Spitzer A-Team LP purchased the property at 1779 W. Fourth St. for $1,225,000 from Mansfield Holdings, LLC.
Spitzer Kia is next door at 1771 W. Fourth St. and Spitzer Motors of Mansfield is at 1777 W. Fourth St.
Spitzer Automotive has been in business since 1904 and is in its fourth generation of family ownership, according to its website.
