CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Marcel McGowan.
McGowan is wanted by the United States Marshals Service, Lake County Sheriff’s Office and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office. He is wanted by Lake County for drug trafficking and wanted by Cuyahoga County for escape.
McGowan, 35, is a black male, standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches and weighing 185 pounds. McGowan’s last known address is near the 2800 Block of E. 118 th Street, Cleveland.
