MANSFIELD, Ohio – Richland Bank President John Brown announced today the addition of Ralph Kelsay as Business Development Officer and Commercial Relationship Manager. He will join the bank on June 22.
“Ralph is an excellent fit for this role, with experience in banking since 1990 and leadership in various positions for more than 40 years,” said President John Brown. “His talented leadership and community dedication is a perfect match with the culture of our bank. We’re excited to welcome him to the Richland Bank family.”
Kelsay earned an Associates of Arts and Sciences in Economics from The Ohio State University and graduated from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado. He also is a Certified Wealth Advisor.
Kelsay’s recent community leadership includes serving on the board of the Samaritan Hospital and as chair of the Building and Grounds Committee; as secretary and treasurer of Heatherwood Community Water Association; and board member at The New Store.
In the past, he served as board member and Greens Committee Chair at Westbrook Country Club and board member of Mansfield Memorial Homes Foundation. He is an active member of Kiwanis of Mansfield serving in the past as president, secretary and treasurer and earning numerous awards: Kiwanis Hixon Award, Outstanding Kiwanis Advisor Award, Key Club Clancy Award, Kiwanian of the Month (6 times) and Kiwanian of the Year.
Kelysay and his wife Penny reside in Mansfield.
