CRESTLINE — The Crestline varsity basketball team won the Lake High School Shootout on June 24.
The Bulldogs captured the single-elimination tournament by winning seven straight games, including three tournament contests in Millbury.
This event included Lake high School, Hopewell-Loudon, Genoa, Otsego, Leipsic, Northwood, and others.
Earlier this month, Crestline attended a shootout at Olentangy High School in Lewis Center, beating Carey on June 4.
From June 16 to 18, Crestline participated in the Kevin Stallings Basketball Camp at the University of Pittsburgh. The Bulldogs won one game, but also attended daily skills sessions that were conducted by members of the Pitt coaching staff.
