MANSFIELD — Richland Public Health is seeking help in locating three dogs implicated in the bite of a person.

The dogs are described as taller, a black, white and brown dog running in a pack. None have collars. The dogs were last seen in the area of Laver Road area on Tuesday, March 28.

If anyone locates these dogs they are cautioned not to approach them, but call the health department at 419-774-4500.
