This shall serve as notice of a meeting to be held by the Ohio Board of Voting Machine Examiners on Friday, September 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the Large Conference Room located on the 15th Floor of the Continental Plaza Building at 180 East Broad St., Columbus, Ohio, 43215.
The agenda includes:
• Review of the application for certification of the Democracy Suite 4.14 Voting System (submitted by Dominion Voting Systems, Inc.; also known as Democracy Suite 4.6 with modifications) and examination of the voting system for approval for use in Ohio elections.
• Presentation by Brian Hancock, Director of the Testing and Certification Division of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), on creation of new Engineering Change Order (ECO) database.
• Discussion on updating the Ohio Voting System Requirements Matrix.
This meeting of the Board is open to the public.
