SHELBY — Marvin Memorial Library will host its first “Chili Cook-Off” on Saturday, Feb. 12, at 11 a.m.
The public must be registered to enter the cook-off. Entries will be accepted until Wed., Feb. 9th at 8 p.m.
Interested participants can pick up the entry form and rules at the library’s front desk.
