On Sept. 24, at approximately 12:20 a.m., deputies from the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office responded to 5033 Crestline Rd., in response to a missing juvenile. Rebecca Kemper, 15, was reported as missing and believed to have left the residence between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and midnight. A bloodhound was brought in to search the area but Kemper was not located. Kemper is described as being 5 feet tall, 180 lbs., brown hair, and brown eyes.
