Minnie “Margaret” Clinton, age 91 of Mansfield, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 17, 1935, in Vinton County, Ohio, to the late Earl and Evelyn Verna (Malone) Haburn, and on November 23, 1954, she married the love of her life, Gene Clinton.
Margaret owned Clinton Manufacturing with her husband for over 30 years. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, reading Amish books, and cooking, and she was the one who kept her family together. She called her loved ones every day just to check up on them.

She is survived by her son Clyde (April) Clinton; her siblings Carolyn Molihan and Jack (Diane) Haburn; her grandchildren Luc Clinton, Wes Clinton, and Margaret Ann Smith; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gene Clinton; her parents Earl and Evelyn Haburn; her son Steve Clinton; and her siblings Vernon Reed, Earl Haburn, Lewis Haburn, Rosemary Sheeks, and Helen Jamieson.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. A second set of calling hours will be held on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Services will take place on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Franklin Church Cemetery.
