Friday, March 10, 2017

8:01 a.m. Officers took a report of a semi hitting an overhead door at IB Tech.

8:04 a.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 400 block of N Sandusky Ave.

12:20 p.m. Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 400 block of E. Charles St.

12:26 p.m. Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 1000 block of Martha Ave.

12:32 p.m. A report of a domestic dispute in the 500 block of S. Sandusky was investigated.

2:12 p.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 100 block of S. Stetzer Rd.

3:56 p.m. Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

4:36 p.m. A Bucyrus resident came to the Police Department to speak to an officer about a domestic situation involving a former spouse.

5:02 p.m. Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of W. Mansfield Street.

7:13 p.m. A report of a dog running loose in the 200 block of W. Mary Street was investigated.

7:53 p.m. Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 400 block of N. Walnut Street.

8:19 p.m. A traffic warning was issued in the area of Tiffin and Hill Street.

8:50 p.m. A report of a possible intoxicated driver in the 600 block of S. Sandusky Avenue was investigated. The vehicle was not located.

9:44 p.m. A Bucyrus resident came to the Police Department to report being assaulted by someone he knows while at the Wren’s Nest this evening.

9:49 p.m. A traffic warning was issued in the 300 block of S. Poplar St. and Kayla Kuehne, 26, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

10:05 p.m. A domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of E. Mansfield Street was mediated and assistance was rendered.

10:22 p.m. Multiple 9-1-1 hang up calls from the 800 block of Wingert Street were investigated.

10:30 p.m. A traffic warning was issued in the 1000 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

10:33 p.m. A report of an erratic driver on S. Walnut Street was investigated. Officers located the vehicle, but did not observe any violations.

Saturday, March 11

12:21 a.m. A traffic warning was given in the area of E. Mansfield St. and S. Lane St.

12:35 a.m. Officers assisted a State Trooper on State Route 4.

1:53 a.m. A report of a suspicious vehicle at Walmart was investigated and the vehicle was no longer in the area.

2:19 a.m. Traffic stop was made in the 1800 block of E. Mansfield St. Caprie L. Smith, 23, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was issued a date to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

3:32 a.m. A possible protection order violation is under investigation.

4:26 a.m. Officers conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

7:25 a.m. A report of vandalism to an apartment and to a vehicle was investigated in the 600 block of Woodlawn Ave.

8:26 a.m. Officers conducted a civil standby in the 200 block of W. Charles St.

11:01 a.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 100 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

4:06 p.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 700 block of N. Sandusky Av.

5:47 p.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 300 block of E. Mansfield St.

5:57 p.m. One income tax summons was served at the Police Department.

6:23 p.m. Five income tax summons were served in the 500 block of W. Charles St.

7:03 p.m. A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 900 block of Rogers St.

7:03 p.m. A neighborhood dispute was mediated in the 1300 block of Whetstone St.

7:22 p.m. A parking complaint was investigated in the 900 block of S. Sandusky Av. and four subjects were warned against trespassing.

7:30 p.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 200 block of Hopley Ave.

8:03 p.m. Three income tax summons were served at the Police Department.

8:11 p.m. A report that the roadway was blocked on S. Sandusky Av. was unfounded.

8:17 p.m. A traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of E. Charles St.

8:58 p.m. A traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of S. Sandusky Ave.

9:26pm A traffic warning was issued in the area of Galen and Sandusky Ave.

9:28 p.m. A theft report was taken in the 200 block of E. Mansfield St.

10:13 p.m. A suspicious vehicle was investigated in the area of Picking Park and it was a disabled vehicle.

10:24pm A warning for loud music was issued on W. Mansfield Street. The owner turned the music down.

10:36 p.m. A resident in the 800 block of Sherman Street reported her 17-year-old son as a runaway. He returned home shortly after she finished speaking with officers.

11:15 p.m. Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at Harmon Park.

11:38 p.m. A traffic warning was issued in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Avenue.

Sunday, March 12

12:12 a.m. A resident in the 800 block of Beverly Drive reported noise near her residence and an officer was in the area and nothing was amiss.

12:15 a.m. Officers checked the bars uptown after receiving a report of a possible disturbance starting in the area.

1:02 a.m. Officers checked on a reportedly suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of E. Mary Street.

1:38 a.m. A traffic warning was issued in the 500 block of S. Sandusky Avenue.

1:41 a.m. A traffic warning was issued in the area of Marion Road and Poplar Street.

3:37 a.m. A parking citation was issued in the 200 block of N. Sandusky Avenue.

4:27 a.m. Officers checked a reported open building on Water Street.

10:29 a.m. A traffic complaint of overtime parking was investigated on Washington Square.

10:38 a.m. One income tax summons was served at the Police Department.

11:12 a.m. Officers checked an overtime parking complaint in the 400 block of E. Rensselaer St.

11:48 a.m. A false alarm was caused by human error in the 500 block of N. Sandusky Av.

11:38 a.m. Three income tax summons were served at the Police Department.

11:52 a.m. One income tax summons was served in the 200 block of E. Mary St.

1:03 p.m. A traffic complaint was investigated in the 1500 block of N. Sandusky Av. and the vehicle involved was stopped by CCSO north of the City.

1:39 p.m. A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 800 block of E. Mansfield St.

2:26 p.m. A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of N. Walnut St.

2:30 p.m. A welfare check was requested in the 600 block of S. Spring St.

2:32 p.m. A report of a request for a welfare check was made at the Police Department.

3:39 p.m. A false alarm was caused by human error in the 100 block of Plymouth St.

4:08 p.m. Officers assisted with a vehicle lock out in the 1800 block of N. Sandusky Ave.

5:11 p.m. A disturbance was investigated in the 800 block of Beverly Dr. was unfounded.

5:42 p.m. A false alarm was investigated in the 300 block of W. Southern Ave.

5:47 p.m. A welfare check was requested on a person experiencing mental problems.

8:24 p.m. Officers assisted Life Support personnel in the Bucyrus Plaza area.

9:19 p.m. Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Penn Ave. Bruce Christlieb, 40, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was issued a citation and transported to Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
