Dorinda Kay Williams, 82, of Galion, passed away peacefully on April 8th at the home of her son Bob with whom she had been residing. Dorinda “Dee” was born in Mansfield Ohio on March 30th, 1944, to the late George and Dorothy (Slorpe) Kragick.
Dorinda graduated from Madison High School in 1962 and later went on to nursing school at Marion General School of Nursing and graduated in 1974 as an LPN, working at Galion Hospital and Atwood Nursing Home and ended her career at Tampa General Hospital. Dee retired early and moved back to Mansfield to take care of her mother Dorothy who had cancer. After her mother passed away, she took care of her dad George until his passing.
She was a woman of deep faith, she attended Beit El Elyon Messianic Congregation in Crestline, where her son Bob is the rabbi and leader. In recent years even though dementia had taken a lot of her memories, she remembered Yeshua (Jesus) and spoke of Him and prayed often
Dorinda’s memory will be cherished by her sons Bob and wife Teri Bauer of Galion, Lee Coffman of Crestline and Toby and Sonya Coffman of Bucyrus. Grandchildren: Jordan (Jamie) Bauer, Joshua Bauer, Bethany Bauer, and Josiah Bauer, Danielle Toney, Stephen (Karcey) Coffman, Nathan (Abbey) Coffman, and Coty Coffman and numerous great grandchildren, her brother Dennis Kragick and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Dorinda was preceded in death by her son Travis Schuller, her brother David Kragick, and her grandson Cade Coffman.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 am until the time of Dee’s funeral service at 12:00 pm in the Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes in Galion on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Her son, Rabbi Robert Bauer will officiate. Burial will immediately follow in Mansfield Memorial Park in Ontario.
