Tommie Kitts, 67, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at his residence. He was born on July 27, 1959, in Marion, Ohio, to the late Lester and Fannie (Crabtree) Kitts.
Tommie enjoyed cooking, fishing, and hunting. He especially loved spending time with his family and cooking meals for them.
He cherished the time they shared together, whether gathered around the table enjoying a meal or spending time outdoors. His love for his family and the memories they made together will always be treasured.
Left to cherish Tommie’s memory are his children, Jason Kitts, Jeremy Kitts, and Kristi Kitts; his grandchildren, Anthony, Caleb, Ariana, McKayla, Adrienne, Aaron, Justin, Memphis, Jacob, Katie, and Kingston; his great-grandchildren, Marcellus and one on the way; his siblings, Brenda (Curt) Smith, Christine (Dan) Reece, and Linda (Dallas) Adkins; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to Tommie’s parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Donald Kitts, his grandson, Baby Jeremy, and his siblings, Roger Kitts and Eddie Kitts.
Tommie will be laid to rest at Caledonia Cemetery.
