Susan Skeese Rafferty, 78, of Mansfield, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026. She was born on December 12, 1947, to the late Larry and Ruth Skeese.
Susan graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in the class of 1965 and was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Susan retired after 32 years of Sprint and 9 years of Ameriprise Financial. She was a mentor with the HOST program at Hedges Elementary.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Rafferty; brother, Russell Skeese; stepdaughters, Christina (Kevin) and Kelly (Keith); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her brother, Jerry Skeese.
Friends and family are welcome to attend graveside services at Mansfield Cemetery on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Memorial contributions in Susan’s honor may be made to the Richland County Humane Society.
