MANSFIELD — Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation is ready to solicit bids for West Park Shopping Center 1157 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, Ohio.
There will be a mandatory contractor pre-bid walk through Aug. 31, 2026 at 10 a.m. at 1157 Park Avenue West, Mansfield, Ohio.
Sealed proposals for the above Project will be received by the Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation (Jon Burton Board Room) located in the Richland County Building Lower Level 1, 50 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, Ohio 44902 until 9 a.m., Tuesday Sept. 15.
The bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately in the Land Bank Office at the address listed below.
Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation awards bids to the fully responsive and most responsible contractor.
Bid will be considered if bid complies with bid specifications in all material respects and contains no irregularities or deviations from the specifications which would affect the amount of the bid or otherwise give the bidder a competitive edge.
“We reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any bid(s) or all bids,” organizers stated.
Note: Richland County Land Bank will reject bids from contractors’ who do not attend Mandatory Walk-Through.
Richland County Land Reutilization an Ohio 501(c)3 Non-Profit Corporation, may award a bid to the Fully Responsive and Most Responsible Bidder in accordance with the written criteria as determined by the Board’s evaluation of the submitted bids in its sole discretion.
