MANSFIELD — The Richland County Port Authority Board of Directors will meet Monday at 9 a.m. at the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development, 55 N. Mulberry St.
The board is scheduled to review the authority’s financial information and consider resolutions to approve an annual budget and a legal services agreement.
Members will also address any other business that may come before the board.
The meeting is open to the public.
