Greenwich S. Cent. finally found a way to top Crestline 62-58 on March 5 in Ohio boys high school basketball.
Crestline showed it was ready to play, using an early thrust to carve out an 18-12 advantage over Greenwich S. Cent. as the first quarter ended.
The Bulldogs had a 33-29 edge on the Trojans at the beginning of the third quarter.
Crestline moved ahead by earning a 46-44 advantage over Greenwich S. Cent. at the end of the third quarter.
The Bulldogs had the advantage to start the final quarter, but the Trojans won the session and the game with an 18-12 performance.
In recent action on Feb. 26, Greenwich S. Cent. faced off against New Riegel and Crestline took on New Washington Buckeye Cent. on Feb. 26 at Crestline High School.
