ONTARIO — Mansfield Advantage LLC has purchased the retail property at 2063 West Fourth Street, home to the Gabe’s discount store, for $6,240,000, according to property transfer records.

The property was sold by Gabes 2063 LLC, and the Gabe’s store will continue operating as usual.

David Clausen, general counsel with USP Management, said shoppers in Ontario can expect no immediate changes at the location.

“We’re always open to new opportunities, but for the time being it will remain as Gabe’s,” Clausen said.
