MANSFIELD – Grace Episcopal Church and Pantry invites the community to celebrate Christmas Eve with a series of special worship services designed to bring joy, peace, and fellowship during this holy season.
The services will take place on Dec. 24 at 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, located at 41 Bowman Street, Mansfield.
The 4 p.m. service will be a Family Service, designed to be accessible for all ages and filled with the joyful spirit of Christmas.
The 11 p.m. service will be a traditional candlelight service featuring carols, Holy Communion, and the beloved singing of “Silent Night” in a beautifully candlelit sanctuary.
During this service, Fr. Hofer will deliver his annual Christmas sermon, sharing messages of hope and inspiration.
Fr. Christopher D. Hofer, Priest-in-Charge, shared his thoughts on the importance of gathering for worship during this time of year.
“Christmas Eve is a powerful reminder of the light that Jesus brings into our world. In a time when so much feels uncertain and divided, coming together as one community provides hope, strength, and a sense of belonging,” Hofer said.
“Our services will offer a space for reflection, joy, and the peace that many are searching for.”
Grace Episcopal Church and Pantry is dedicated to nurturing its members and feeding its neighbors. Everyone in the community is welcome to join, regardless of age, status, or background.
