Charles “Charlie” W. Adcock, 72, of Crestline, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Avita Ontario Hospital. Charlie was born on March 9, 1953, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Albert and Joan (Eggington) Adcock.

Charlie married Theresa Hastings on September 20, 1985, and she survives him in Crestline.

Charles was a diligent employee, spending 23 years with Cooper Enterprises until his retirement in 2019. He was known for his strong work ethic and the humor he brought into the workplace. After retirement, he continued to invest his time in the community through his involvement with Mansfield Playhouse, Renaissance Theater, and later, the Galion Theater, where he served as a stage manager.

Golf was another of Charles’s great loves; he could often be found on the greens, relishing in friendly competition and shared laughter with fellow enthusiasts. However, it was his family that meant the world to him and he cherished every moment alongside them.

Charlie was most known for his heart of gold and his infectious sense of humor that could brighten the darkest of days.

Left to cherish Charlie’s memory is his wife, Theresa Adcock; his daughters; Melissa (Eric) Hamen, Sarah Mosier and Emma Adcock; his grandchildren; Tony Hamen, Danny Hamen, Maggie Hamen, Piper Mosier, Braxton Hoffer and Adrianna Adcock; and his brothers; David (Sandy) Adcock and Ed Adcock.

In addition to his parents, Charlie was preceded in death by his brother, James Adcock.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to The Galion Community Theater.
