MANSFIELD — The Renaissance Theatre invites audiences to swing into the holiday spirit with “We Wish You a Jazzy Christmas,” performed by the Artistic Jazz Orchestra on Saturday, Dec., 13 at 7:30 p.m.
Part of Christmas at the Ren, this vibrant celebration offers a fresh twist on holiday favorites through the unforgettable sound of big band jazz.
Led by Paul Martin, the Artistic Jazz Orchestra will bring to life festive renditions of timeless Christmas classics, echoing the style of jazz greats like Count Basie and Duke Ellington.
The performance will feature the soulful vocals of Kelly Knowlton, a dynamic vocal ensemble, and spirited dancers from Richland Academy of the Arts, creating an evening full of joy, movement, and magical surprises.

About the Artistic Jazz Orchestra
The Artistic Jazz Orchestra began with a focus on the works of Stan Kenton and has since expanded to embrace big band favorites spanning the 1940s through the 1960s. Under the leadership of Paul Martin, an Ashland native and Artistic Director for over 30 years, the ensemble shares a deep bond that shines through in every performance. Their repertoire brings to life the timeless sounds of Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Duke Ellington, and more, offering audiences both nostalgia and discovery.
