Stanley E. Pritchard, of Mansfield, passed away on October 10, 2025. He was 87.
He was born on April 7, 1938 in Westerville, Ohio to the late Wilbur and Myrtle (Harvey) Pritchard. After graduating from high school, Stan proudly served in the United States Navy.
Stan was a man of many interests and boundless energy. He attended Grace Brethren Church and found joy in simple pleasures—whether strumming his guitar, perfecting his golf swing, or spending quiet evenings playing solitaire. He loved camping and the chance it gave him to enjoy the outdoors and good company. His family lovingly describes him as energetic and friendly, someone who could brighten any room he entered. Above all else, Stan cherished time spent with his family, creating memories filled with laughter, love, and togetherness.
He is survived by his children James Pritchard, Garla Pritchard, Chyenne (James Furgeson) Pritchard, and Jaret Pritchard, grandchildren Jacob Lorenz, Hannah Myers, Josh Lorenz, Keith Myers, Emma Pritchard, Zenovia Furgeson-Lecureux, and Olivia Grace Pritchard, companion Betty Miller, and step-son Steve Lecureux.
In addition to his parents, Stan is preceded in death by his wife Diane Pritchard, daughter Julia Leonard, all of his siblings including his twin sister Ellen, and his step-son Rob Lecureux.
