RICHLAND COUNTY — The Richland County cold constructed asphalt pavement road resurfacing project begins Tuesday, Sept. 30, on Dininger Road between Ohio 61 and Bowman Road, according to county Engineer Adam Gove.
The contractor will then move to Taylortown Road, between Bowman Road and Ganges-Five Points Road. The contractor will continue next week (Oct. 6 -10) on Hastings-Newville Road, between Pleasant Valley Road and Swigart Road, and Swigart Road, between Hastings-Newville Road and Possum Run Road.
During construction, roads will be closed to through traffic. Local, emergency, and school bus traffic will be maintained with flaggers. Please plan for delays, find an alternate route if available, and use extreme caution in the construction zones, said Gove.
