Denise Rowe, age 56 of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on September 21, 2025 at OhioHealth Hospital in Mansfield following a lifetime illness. She was born on November 8, 1968 to Barbara Rowe (Hawkins). Denise had lived in Mansfield her entire life.
She loved playing cards, doing crossword puzzles and coloring. Denise was the bravest and strongest person I know, battling cancer since the age of 13.
She is survived by two sisters, Nichole Rowe and Christy (Leconte) Merrell; half sister; three nephews, Jeff Swinning Jr., Xavier Hess and Joel Sampsel; five nieces, Katie Taylor, Feaydan Dorion, Aliyah Lewis, Brooklyn Harmon and La’Deyia Merrell and one great nephew, Mathias Rowe-Swinning.
Denise was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Rowe (Hawkins) and brother, Robert Rowe II.
