MANSFIELD — The Ohio State Highway Patrol, with assistance from the Mansfield City Police Department, and the Ohio Department of Transportation, completed an Operating a Vehicle Impaired checkpoint.

This event took place on Sept. 6, on Trimble Road near Marion Avenue.

The checkpoint was held from 8 to 10 p.m. During the operational hours, 455 vehicles passed through the checkpoint.

No vehicles were diverted and no drivers were found to be impaired. A saturation patrol continued in the area after the checkpoint.
