BELLVILLE — Devyn Oswalt ran for a touchdown and added a pick-6 on defense to lead Clear Fork to a thorough, 39-0 beating of Zanesville in Friday night’s non-conference football encounter.
Marcus Hoeflich completed 7-of-9 passes for 162 yards and three touchdown passes to three different receivers.
The Colts roared in front with a pair of first-quarter TDs for a 12-0 advantage, then opened a 25-0 gap at halftime.
Two more touchdowns in the third period triggered the running clock and gave Clear Fork a 2-0 record this season.
The Colts travel to Lexington (1-1) on Friday night.
