Sheila Butler, age 68 of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025, at JAG Healthcare in Shelby. She was born on May 6, 1957, in Mansfield to the late John E. and Marlene A. (Gaul) Butler.
Sheila attended Mosaic Mansfield Church for many years, and she loved spending time among the downtown Mansfield community, where she knew many people. She was a generous and giving soul, and she enjoyed volunteering with food pantries and churches to help those in need.
She is survived by her sons Jeffrey Butler, David Jaynes, Jr., and Kelly Jaynes; her sister Lamar Fitzsimmons; her brothers Charles E. Butler and Robert H. Butler, Sr.; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Marlene Butler.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Werner-Gompf Funeral Services, 1106 Park Avenue East, Mansfield. Services will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
