SHELBY — This holiday season, Buckeye Superstore is partnering JPB Professional Marketing in Mansfield, Ally Bank and the Empire Jeepers Club to ensure every child in foster care experiences the magic, joy, and warmth of the holidays.
Through Dec. 5, the dealership will host the 3rd annual “Fill the Promaster” Toy Drive, collecting new, unwrapped toys and gifts to benefit local youth navigating the foster care system through Richland County Children Services (RCCS).
“For children who have experienced the upheaval of being separated from their families, the holidays can sometimes feel more overwhelming than joyful,” said Brigitte Coles, Community Engagement Supervisor for Richland County Children Services.
“A simple gift does far more than fill a space under the tree — it sends a powerful, heartfelt message to a child that they are seen, valued, and cherished by their community.”
Every child deserves to experience the wonder of opening a gift during the holidays, but for youth in foster care, those moments mean even more, said John Crosswhite, Sales Consultant at Buckeye Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT Superstore.
“It’s a reminder that they are not alone and that their community is wrapped tightly around them,” Crosswhite said. “We are opening our showroom doors as a drop-off haven, and we are calling on our incredible neighbors to help us turn hope into reality for these resilient kids.
“We’re thankful for the support of JPB professional Marketing in Mansfield, Ally Bank and the Empire Jeepers Club who have helped from the beginning to make this drive a success.”
