MOUNT VERNON — From alien wood carvings to a singing sister trio, the Mount Vernon Music & Arts Festival had it all on Friday night.

Day Two of the festival saw Main Street full of vendors and happy shoppers in the early evening, and local pop group Sorelle once the streetlights came on.

Sorelle performs their song “Playboy.”

The Mount Vernon marching band, a festival favorite, also paraded through the downtown streets as locals crowded around to get a glimpse.

The “Redneck Yacht Club’s” very own Craig Morgan is set to take the main stage Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
