Mammogram Clinic: 10am – 4pm

~FIT KIT will be available, and they are FREE & Easy Take Home Pre-Screening Kits for Eligible Participants

Pre-Register for a Mammogram is by phone, just call anytime #419-774-3153 (calls will be returned)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Patients 40 and older who not experiencing any signs or symptoms
  • Patients that have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months
  • Patients under 40 that are high risk w/ family history (will discuss with clinicians to determine)

CCF will see patients with the following:

  • Breast implants
  • Nipple Piercing
  • Previous cancer diagnosis
  • Underage with family history
  • Patients that have undergone top surgery
  • Patients going through treatment for another cancer
