Jeffrey E. Carter, 54, of Mansfield passed away May 10, 2025. He was born June 28, 1970, to Charles Carter and Mary Davis. Jeff spent many of his early years working as a truck driver but later worked for Edge Plastics. He enjoyed warm days when he could ride his motorcycle and work out in the yard with his partner, Nancy. He was also an avid OSU Buckeye and Cleveland Browns fan. Jeff was an animal lover and his dog Boogie was always by his side. His fun personality and goofy sense of humor will be greatly missed.
Jeff is survived by three of his children, Ashley Carter, Tyler Carter, and Destiny Carter; two step-daughters, Sharon Stamper and Carolyn Stamper; grandchildren, Ezra Carter, Coy Boling, Anamarie Boling, Aston Carter, and Arianna Carter; four sisters, Connie Sparks, Linda Huey, Jeanette Stewart, and Wanda E. Doering; one brother, Charles Carter Jr; his beloved dog Boogie; and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his partner of 20 years, Nancy Stamper; his daughter, Autumn Carter; his parents; three sisters, Georgetta L. Davis, Pammie L. Carter, and Tammy Queen; two brothers, Mark W. Carter and Earl W. Carter.
Visitation will be held on Friday May 16, 2025 from 3:00-5:00PM at Ohio Cremation & Memorial Society, 9 Chambers Rd Mansfield, Ohio 44906.
