This weekend we will partner with different businesses in town to raise awareness and support for Shelby Help Line Ministries.
Please visit the following business to receive more information and give generously to our ministry: Black Fork Brewery, Ivory Bean Coffee Shop, Mama’s Pizza, Marigold Bakery, Paul’s Drive-In, The Q, The Well Coffee Shop and Ted & Ali’s.
Shelby Help Line Ministries is excited to partner with local businesses and community members to launch “Showers of Blessing.”
Inspired by the biblical call to give generously, this fundraising effort aims to support operating and our year-round programming that serves those in need. Together, we believe in the power of community and the difference we can make when we come together to support one another.
By contributing to this cause, we’re not just raising funds — we’re building a stronger, more compassionate community.
Shelby Help Line’s ministries include:
— Shelby Utility Assistance & Budget Classes: yearly assistance for Shelby residents and education on finances.
— Clothing Closet: available once per month for households to shop for clothes, shoes, accessories, linens, towels, hygiene items and more.
— Medical Equipment: items loaned at no charge.
— Here to Help: emergency assistance.
— Information & Referral Center: partnering with other nonprofit agencies for additional assistance.
— Warming & Cooling Center: lobby area open to the public during business hours.
— Site Sharing: space made available for Salvation Army and Fish Food Pantry.
— Seasonal Ministries: Back To School Supplies, Children’s Free Summer Lunches and the Community Christmas Program.
